Please be sure the shipping address is entered correctly.
Charges incurred from UPS to redirect a shipment are not negligible

RETURNS:
Contact us for return authorization number. Please be sure to include a copy of the original receipt, or a note with your name, order number and contact information. Defective merchandise will be exchanged at no additional charge. Returns of non defective goods are subject to 15% inspection and restocking fee and shipping will not be refunded.

If you are ‘testing’ CarpetSaver for the first time and order more than 30 feet, do not cut up and install the entire roll until you are completely satisfied it will serve your purposes well. While we are happy to accept goods deemed not to perform as promised, if you cut up a sizable amount and wish to return it, the refund will be commensurate with the condition of returned goods.
